Good flow for Kenpo. Usually there are too many pauses, but you perform it more like a real fight movement in this clip. 👍

Very nice. You actually take techniques from the kata and use them in real situations. Many martial artist never do this. The kata exists because the techniques work! Very well done!

Realize the snap front kick can be used with the scooping recoil as well! Play with variables to create new sentences of motion!

So I'm 44 years old and took my very first American Kenpo class today.....it was fun...I also started taking Wing chun kung-fu about 3 months ago...getting ready to test for my next level tomorrow

Technically the technique shown is the ideal form. You are supposed to change/ adapt on the fly.
