Dartmoor (Rain in August) | Nuns Cross | Hilly |

a short video in Dartmoor with ‪@rialobran‬ & ‪@CampLifeBushcraft‬ , it rained (funny in Aug when the rest of the country basked in a heatwave lol) I was inside Hilly (my Hilliburg Akto) with a fair bit of tent talk as I don't currently have a waterproof cam - truth be told I didn't enjoy this one as much as my normal Dartmoor yomps (nowt to do with the company just dodge knees playing up and sometimes one just doesn't feel the love of a trip- it happens .)
a bit of the old black dog is on my shoulders at the moment and I can't seem to be bothered with yt videos much so apologies for the abrupt end on this one.

Hi there , I would not pay Hilliburg prices for a tent , I have a Vango Halo 300 , and I love it , Stands up to all kinds of wind and rain , even in the storms that we had recently ! , Be Well , Strength , Honour and Respect ,👍

Agreement, I got Hilly preloved so not as bad as it could have been but still silly moolah but still prefer my force ten (made by Vango) tent and my xmid 2 over her 👍 ATB Rob

Hey what! That was a wet start to the day! You did well getting out and on the trail. The farm bunkhouse looks quite horrid from the outside but seems kept okay inside. Not sure where you went during the day and ended up back at the farm. And that end fade-out.... "nothing to add" except it was like watching an old black and white telly as it turns off. What a trip you had! Warren :)
