Purchased these from Darts Clearance and love them. They are my competition darts now. I just changed out to Target pro-grip shafts and Harrows Retina Slim flights for more control. Amazing darts- never believed that I would be throwing a 16-gram dart.

I bought these on friday, arrived yesterday and been practicing all day today with them and wow these are absolutly lovely. The grip is quite griipy, they feel lovely in hand and just ridiculously cheap, brilliant.

Awesome to hear! The grip is a bit different isn't it? The first 5 minutes throwing them they feel really grippy but it's a type of grip that you can get used to really quick.

Awesome video! I got my set delivered yesterday and instantly changed the points to Mission Snipers. Also punched the flights and added stem rings. Really love the grip for sure. Yes 16g is a bit lite however soft tip players use those weights all the time. 🎉

The 3 bulls thing is always going to be kinda rare because I record until I hit something halfway decent and go with it. This one felt good when I let go though. Sailed high 😭

These darts are freaking amazing for what they are. If I could find a more consistent grip with them, they'd probably be one of my more used sets. I just feel like I'm all over the barrel, the middle doesn't work as a reference for me for some reason on this set. Also had perfect match weight on my set. So that's 3 at least! That set up with the metallic condors was beautiful too!

That was the one major thing that I loved about these. The tip of my pointer finger rested on the multi ring in the middle of barrel and I could get a repeatable throw every single time. With most barrels I struggle to find the same place to grip the barrel. Also funny story... I knew one other person that already got the same set. I asked them to check the weight as i was curious... ibb.co/NnnP8hy So that's 4 sets with perfect match weight. I shit you not, I don't know how they do it. For $20 I wouldn't care if they were 1/10th of a gram difference or even .05 off from lightest to heaviest. Even that is such a slight amount we'd never notice. Yet DC keeps on smashing it with perfect match weight no matter who it is. It's honestly on par with Yoshimura and that's saying something!!

I was watching the Wednesday night PDC highlights from the European Championship, where Rob Cross hit a 180 against Dimitri Van den Bergh in the 8th leg, and Chris Mason commentating said: "put them on a pin 'ead". Your Boom was even tighter! I have ordered a set of these too, not that they're going to hit many 180's in my hands 🙂 Looking forward to seeing what flights they send.

you know what might be really helpful, a review of the darts, including the throwing demo, as they come from the manufacturer so we can know how they perform out of the box/envelope. i started to order another set DC you reviewed last week but you did the same thing with them. i don't think it is unreasonable to expect a product review to show how the product performs out of the box before showing how it performs after being upgraded.........

Fair comment but look at it this way... At a best guess I'd say that 95% of all dart players use their own flights and stems and ditch the set ups they come with. Many of us also repoint our darts straight away. When I do these reviews it's mostly to get an idea what the barrels are like. The barrels are always the star of the show. I'd also say that most of my videos are shown with the stock setups. I suppose I could never change anything but that would get a bit boring wouldn't it? I like to have fun and show people how incredible these affordable darts can be.

It's a company called Retriever Sports based in the UK. I think the majority of their business is making darts for larger more popular dart companies. Their side job is the eBay stuff. I've been asked about the prices quite a few times. I have no idea how they offer up such nice darts at great prices but it's a blessing for all us dart players out here.

What amazes me is DC is just as reasonably priced on their 95% tungsten darts as they are on 80% tungsten darts. Shows what a ripoff by the bigger companies.

Spot on!! Darts Clearance is truly an eye opener to how badly these other mainstream companies are bending us over. It's funny though, some people are under the impression that the darts are junk simply because of how low the prices are. I read a comment just yesterday from someone who thought KOTO darts were crap just because of how affordable they are. I've heard others say the same thing about Darts Clearance.

I've been playing every single day since the review and thankfully these don't stick to your fingers. I tried the Gen 1 Bunting's years ago and they would stick from time to time. I LOVE these darts.

If they were 18g I would have definitely bought them. Because this is how a dart (apart from the weight) should be. No crazy machining, slightly front weighted and with a reference point and affordable.

16g definitely enters well into the light side of things. I think if they released an 18g version they would sell more than they could make.

I think it was bad timing with the Samurai board. Right after I got it I was sent the Skipjack board. The Skipjack is the nicest board I've ever played on so the Samurai kind of took a backseat for now. It's still a decent board though

I got myself a set of these and have made them my competition darts now also, I’m still finding my feet when throwing outside of the gaff/my comfort zone but I’ve pegged a couple maximums whilst practicing with these & 171 also, I’ve only been playing for around ten months and have chopped and changed way too frequently, I’m pretty sure I’m fairly wristy with my throw which is why light darts go better for me, what size points are those target nanos by the way, I want to purchase some in the same size for my set 😋

I get the honeymoon period a lot. I hope it's not that for you. Couple of issues. You were talking about bring back Matchday Mondays, none of us is going to want to play you. That's a lie I would I don't care if I get beat. The other thing is even though you're giving a set away if you do get on with them as it's looking like you will I'd want a backup set. I've had a couple of sets I really got on with that I've lost for one reason or another, so if I like a set I get another. I've ordered two sets. I suspect they'll be too light for me - I could be wrong because I can throw anything when I have a mind - if they are and I don't get on with them I'll let them go. What would be really good is if you come out of retirement and kick ass with this set of darts... That I look forward to seeing. Not whether you do kick ass or not but watching you find a set of darts you really get on with. Kicking ass is the bonus bit. 😀

An excellent set of darts. Will there be a video about the new WINMAU FUSION flights? I have already pre-ordered 3 sets of it. I think it looks better than the k-flex, and it's a lot cheaper than the condor axe (unless condor's crazy price drops, no one will buy from them, certainly not me)

They are starting to use them more and more. Nathan Aspinall uses them and so does Josh Rock. I believe Rob Cross uses them as well. There's a few others but I can't think of who at the moment. But yeah, we're starting to see them used a bit more frequently.
