I lived in Alawa and that northern pocket is very good. West side of Nakara is also very good. Eastern side of Nakara close to Casuarina shopping centre is very dense and impacted by loitering particularly around the bus depot.

I didn’t see the analysis on upcoming projects for Darwin. There is quite a bit particularly defence, infrastructure and gas.

Thank you for your kind words, due to the research and production on the videos we can only do one a week at this stage I'm afraid, at least in the near future. But! We are starting to rev up a podcast which should hopefully bring some more value to the channel :)

Darwin’s Northern suburbs are cornered. Those suburbs at the top all back onto water ways and then low lying swampland. Would be very expensive to develop. Lee point is being developed, but after that there’s not much land left and things will start to fill out around Palmerston, although a lot of that land is not zoned for it and NTG announced a 5000 lot development to take place north of Palmerston between the Palmerston hospital and defence base.

Jacob appreciate and great informed eye opener 💰sourced information. What about buy land in that area and building for rent? Can you please do a video on western Sydney, especially around Auburn, Lidcombe, Paramatta etc.

Thanks for the comment Sufi, can you clarify your question so I make sure I answer correctly. Do you mean buying house and land packages as investment to rent out? Or building yourself? I'm all ears mate. Area suggestions noted! Bundaberg drops this week and will add these to the talk.

Rural properties over Palmerston has gone up in Howard spring and girraween. People are looking at more land after lockdown and some don't have any problem travel to work from that distance. What's your thoughts on rual property pass Palmerston?

Beautiful part of the world - but when you are looking nationally, there are far better propositions. Remember we are not looking at speculation, we are looking for areas with very strong fundamentals ready to go in value from day 1. With a city like Darwin, there is usually only one primary growth pocket of 6-8 suburbs.
