I have been backtesting this as my baseline for NNFX, so far the best baseline I came upon. I like the ATR bands, price cross baseline and close through the atr bands....dont take the trade.

I accidentally coded the reverse of that ATR rule (which ignores signal when price is within n%ATR from BL), the result turn out to be much better. Later on I found out keeping ATR rule is a bad idea, because essentially you enter during sideway, not trending regime.

@@theCuchuoi1 Interesting I wanted to backtest that, but I have now clue how to code I do all by hand. I notice many times when price close out of bands you could get some trends but I have been uncertain how profitable how that method could be.
