In our new episode of "Das Dingsda im Museum", 10-year-old Nils and his mother Sarah explore the work "Blue Black Red Green" by American artist Ellsworth Kelly.
With its intense colours, the multi-part work has a powerful and dynamic effect on the two of them.
Almost as if the colourful rectangles were in motion.
They remind Sarah of flying kites and to Nils, they seem like a row of tumbling houses.
However, both agree that the simplicity of this abstract artwork leaves plenty of room for interpretation and stimulates the imagination.
