Hi guys, I tried but the dashboard indicates that we go faster but it's wrong : same speed in fact. Issue #2 you increase too much your total of km/miles. Not good if you want to sell it 😉

In my NCM Milano it's not possible to set the speed but reducing the wheel size from 27 to 20 the max speed reach 28 km/h. Note that the display will show around 21/22 but if you check with gps (also Google maps is sufficient) you can see 28 km/h

Change your wheel size setting to 16in to get a higher top speed. It’ll miscalculate for odometer, speedometer, and trip meter. But it’s worth it if you want to have the fastest bike in your group 😂

Bei LEON Cycle PDF herunterladen. Es läßt sich beim 48V Modell einstellen: Fehler anzeigen - kmh u mph - 26 oder 28" - Anfahrstärke 1-3 und noch 1 oder 2 Permanentanzeigen. Stellt man beim 28er Rad auf 26, dann läuft es etwas schneller, als angezeigt, weil das gleiche Display und der gleiche Motor sind in 20, 26, 27,5, 28, 29" Modell verbaut. Der Motor dreht entsprechend der Zoll Einstellung und der Eisntellung bei kmh oder mph. Es geht scheinbar auch schneller. Mal gucken YT bei Das Kit L7 Display settings in english. Angeblich bis 45 km/h bei 48V. Bei 36V ist mit 33 Schluß.

So to change to kph from mph or vice versa on the l7 hold down plus button for 8 seconds that will do it as in programming it is not an option Also check voltage (this can be done in programming and code 8018 worked for me

Hi please help I have the NCM Moscow 48v with L7 display but no throttle it's just pedal assistant how do you have a throttle with the same LCD please, I've had the power kick in at the most inappropriate time twice and have the blood cuts and bruises to prove it lol, of I can't change it to a throttle then it's being sold which is a shame as I love everything else about it, any help is appreciated

The NCM Moscow should have a throttle, if it does not you are probably missing it. Check how many wires/cables are coming out of your display. There should be one connected to the main wire harness one or two connected to the brake sensors and one which is probably not connected to anything that is meant to be connected to your missing throttle. If you are in need of a throttle they are quite inexpensive and we sell them in store or online on our website.

Where can I buy the display for the folding bike ncm paris plus? Not the standard display, but the display with which you can go faster than 25 km/h. Is the display alone enough to increase speed or you have to change more? I own a German NCM Paris plus folding bike that is two years old and comes with the C7 (the kit) display. And can you please help me with the motor? When i turns on the battery, the current supplies to the display which i can see but when i push the accelerate button, the motor don't start. I tried both by pedaling too. There is no supply to the motor. Can you please provide me any assistant here.

Sounds like you either need a new motor or controller. You should take your bike to an authorized dealer who sells these parts and they will e able to troubleshoot it for you and determine which part needs to be replaced.

You will need to check with whomever you purchased the bike from. Usually it's either one of those 2 codes that we provided in the video for the Das Kit L7 Display, but different suppliers set different codes sometimes.

I just figured this out. Go to the Odometer and hold the + button much longer than it takes for the light to come on. It will clear back to 0

Anyone knows how to get around the speed limit issue yet? Is it the display unit that has the restrictions or the little controller at the bottom of the bike? 8108 do get into the setup mode but definately dont have the speed limit setup like in this video.

Apparently there are different versions of these displays. My ncm prague came with an L6 display which doesnt have speed settings. I purchased an unlocked L6 and now my pedal assist can go to 25mph. Downside is that the throttle speed remains at 20mph. But at least the bike can go faster!

Hi, my display looks just like theL7 but does not have L7 written on it. On the back it has C300T-2008, its locked have tried so many number none so far have worked. Bike supplier will not give number says I must take it back to them is I what something change or adjusted, to me that wrong as its my bike and what if I do not like their service or charges. can anyone help

what is the 200/225 setting under the wheel size?

No one answered but it is the tire width / size. So how big the tire actually is that you fit on the wheel. You can buy different size tires for your wheels. So like.. my 27.5 wheel I can buy a road tire thats 200 or 225 or 250. They get fatter and bulge out more. Example. I have a 27.5 with 225 tire so my tire diameter is the same size as my 29 inch road bike with a 25 slick on it. (200 being 2 inches, 225 being 2.25 inches) Hope this helps! When in doubt.. look at your tire side and it will tell you its size.

You probably have an L7 Display that never had that setting programmed. What type of bike do you have and where did you purchase it? Are you sure it is a Das Kit L7 Display?

@@b1slum25 ​ Try holding the Plus button for 8 seconds. We have seen some displays that toggle between KM and Miles by doing that. If that doesn't work then it simply means the display never had that option programmed. You would need to contact Leon Cycle and see if they can send you a new that does, or worst case scenario if you really do need it, we can sell you one of our units.

I actually downloaded the manual for Das Kit L7 and it doesn't even list codes that you would try to unlock the advanced functions. For something this expensive, a better PDF. of the owners manual would be a good thing to offer. Thanks for your help.
