In part 5 we make a start on the interior, looking at colour options, get rid of some sprues, get the forward hatches fitted, work on the gun mounts and get the big clamps out!!

I understand why you changed your mind and it to makes sense to just have it operable. Like you say it and be either

Another great video Nigel. Thank you! 👍👍. BTW, I would think that it's only a matter of time until some company comes out with a photo-etch and/or 3D-printed kit to complete the interior. Ideally, if that is the case, it will be two kits - one for the crew compartment & one for the engine bay. For all I know, there may have been an announcement, and I missed it! lol

Hi Nigel, thaks for another great episode. This kit really looka a good build.at this scale imagine if it was oe of the Miniart full interiors! When you move the hull around he really sounds a heavy lump.

I wish it had more, but that would double the price no doubt?

Wasn't going to but have started mine now. What an enjoyable kit it is. I am only up to the suspension part of the build but it is easy to do so far. Not because it is simple but because it does go together really well and you need a microscope like you do for some 1/35 kits! It is a bit like a good book you start it thinking that you will just do a few bits and suddenly realise you have been at it for about three hours and just want to keep building. I was wondering about the interior and my favourite white colour is Tamiya's Racing White. It is a few shades off from pure white but not quite into a cream.

Nigel you may have a minor staph infection on your arm and you may have spread it to your eye. Wash it 3 times daily with antibacterial soap such as Betadine or Phisohex. If that is not available Dial soap may work. Use triple antibiotic ointment after the wash. The sore should improve in a couple of days. If your eye gets any worse especially noticeable in the morning, eye wash may help but you may want to see your doctor.

The red areas of the interior are bare primer and you’ll see a lot more of it left exposed on late war vehicles like the Jagdtiger than you would have on your earlier Stug.

Hi Nigel I'm writing this as I would like to ask how difficult 1/16 models are to make for someone who's never built one of this scale before. I mainly make 1/35 scale models and want to know if this tank is right for me.

It's just all bigger. this kit goes together really nice, as does the 1/16 Panzer 1 from Takom.

I ,have this kit, and I'm working on something else at the time being . I ,most say for the price of $ 140.00 plus shipping this is one well made kit . I would have paid $ 250.00 dollars for it ? Good work Nigel , hello from Florida .

Nigel, You're correct for why have operable doors when there's nothing inside.
