Dasa Exhaust Yfz450r

Dasa Racing classis exhaust with red lettering and black end cap. Love the exhaust so far! It's really loud in person much deeper than the stock exhaust. Would highly recommend it for a racer or track use. I know around here it is much too loud for the trails but overall it is a very nice exhaust system. Personally my favorite compared to fmf and yoshimura. I'm running an MSD Blaster Programmer on setting number three. Works well I'm impressed with the power increase. got a question i have a dasa full pipe with the MSD programmer its on my 09 yfz 450r and if i hit the throttle really hard it does a little bog nothing big at all but just wondering should i change setting number or tune it my self on computer?

I got dual Rossiers on mine. Was thinking of either going with this exhaust or the Rossiers. I went with Rossier. Loudest quad you’ll ever hear! These sound pretty good also! Rossier is much louder and thunderous sounding that’s why I love em more

Ken Barlow I’ve did some work with my uncle my friend. He helped me make the whole exhaust system for the Rossier. Smart guy. We took pipes and did work with em. Welding and bending lol. It’s a real badass quad it’s one of my most loved things in my possession. My guitars, my Dodge Ram, (the 97 in my name is the year of my truck and my name isn’t jack or Jackson... lol... I play Jackson guitars and love them to death) look up Jackson guitars if you want to see what they look like. Visit their website if you like it’s real badass. Ive said it to the others that didn’t believe me. I’ve took my quad to a shop. They built the engine and did gearing work. I’ve did customization work. My uncle rode when he was younger. He helped me out with it also. He helped with customization on the quad, he did the exhaust system, (made the 2 Rossiers I bought a dual exhaust system) and he went with me to buy my first quad which is a yamaha banshee which I still own and love!) he and my cousin had banshees when they were younger. My cousin still has his white and orange banshee in his shed I have to head over there when this shit dies down and ask him if he can’t drag it out and get it running. May be a 80s model! I’m thinking about buying a year or 2 older yamaha 450 ATV to really bash on. I might keep it nice also. I’m trying to keep my daily rider 18 raptor 700R nice. All the work I put into it of course. If I buy a 16 450 ATV. I’ll do the same. Little engine work though, maybe a different exhaust but it be just a regular single, undercarriage protection work, gearing. That’s all. What I did to my Raptor 700R was an engine build, gearing work, undercarriage protection, body customization, and a built a dual exhaust system for Rossier pipes. I have to say, the Rossier engineering exhausts are the loudest meanest sounding ATV exhausts you’ll hear. 🤘🏼

Very nice quad man. What year is yours? I just got a lightly used 2015 with a Full Yosh, Intake, and Power Commander V and am having an issue with heavy bog from low revs. It wants to fall on it's face. I was wondering if you had that issue as well and how you sorted it out? It looks like your bike picks up great right from idle.

Thanks man, I actually just rebuilt the entire atv you can see it in one of my new videos. It is a 2011 and I use an MSD programmer with my Dasa and have never had a problem.

sounds like a carb issue, look at the jets and go from there. go over your air filter while your at it

yfz450r Thanks for the info. I ended up getting it somewhat rectified by adding a ton of fuel on the low end of the map. I can atleast stab the throttle from idle without it falling on its face now. I am going to see how it fares for the first few races this year. If it is problematic I will probably end up getting the vortex.

I tell you what do you want blue fire coming out of the exhaust you choosed red fire because my raptor 700r I installed GYTR AIR FILTER all coming out of the exhaust blue fire and the K AND N air filter red fire you choosed red fire that means KN air filter good choice but I don't see any fire coming out of dasa exhaust

Hattem Ghanoom Kind of hard to understand your comment, but you should NOT want any fire coming out of the exhaust. Flames shooting out of the exhaust means you're running lean; a lean engine would eventually translate into a damaged motor.

Hattem Ghanoom Like I said - EVENTUALLY. Get yourself a programmer and tune your raptor. With a good tune you'll squeeze a bit more power out of it, and reduce the risk of damaging it.

dasa is mostly for racing. I trail ride with occasional track here and there, I switched all my exhaust to fmf, I run nothing but the powercore 4 now. and turbine core for my 2 strokes. the powercore 4 gives you insane bottom end, with an extremely loud and low pitched sound, really hearty thick sound. love it
