Some agencies seem to be ready to execute a PIT within 30 seconds., but this department gave the suspect more than ample opportunity to give up.

I’m glad they were hesitant. Too much traffic. PIT over 100 is stupid #1 (Arkansas does and I think is a little much) 2, there are way to many dash cams of innocent civilians being hit because the office PIT the vehicle right into them. I see it more down south than anywhere else.
@metallicknight23 ай бұрын
Agreed. Unfortunately, WI has really tied the cops hand behind thier back when it comes to apprehending criminals. There would be like 20 PITs a day in Milwaukee alone! I wish our state was less restrictive like Arkansas.

@@metallicknight2, yes I’ve watched a lot of chases in MKE only for them to get called off. Too much thuggery on the north side of town. But I’ve also seen MKE cops flying down residential city streets at 100+ mph. I’d hate to be the hard of hearing poor sucker attempting to cross the street.

Waukesha uploads their chases right away , Milwaukee takes 2 years to upload theirs .
@IncidentResponse2 ай бұрын
Correct, Milwaukee takes awhile because each pursuit has to be reviewed by internal affairs which takes months or even years. Then, it takes the Records Section to review each video before releasing. It is a process.
@montanagior28482 ай бұрын
@@IncidentResponse why though ? Why does Milwaukee have to be such a long process in comparison to other states or cities ? I see videos from other cities that get uploaded within the same month .

State Patrol very rarely will continue a pursuit. The majority of agencies in WI have began to restrict pursuits or not allow them altogether. Criminals know this and continually run from police which presents a seemingly never ending cycle.

You should run again. The charge is always dropped to 4 mph over and a $25. fine. That's why they keep running because they can and nothing ever happens to them. They will kill a kid, them people will hold a candle light vigil, and and a grieving mother will beg people to slow down, and they never do. Because nothing the courts and the judges do are tough enough. I say if the cops got you on video running, and they pull you out of the car, they should be sentenced right then and there for 5 years. PERIOD. Slam dunk. You serve 5 years. Then when they get out and if they do it again, you amputate their legs above the knees. Let's see them operate a gas peddle then. I enjoy the videos, but the lawlessness makes me sick.
