Please note- a near miss can be 50 metres or 100 meters infront of your vehicle.

Australia should pass a law that if your vehicle is recorded on dash cam driving like an asshole or an idiot or in any unsafe manner the vehicle's registration will be cancelled or suspended for one year. Don't give the driver a ticket because it's almost impossible to prove who was driving the vehicle, just cancel its tags and registration. For one year. Watch how much better Australia drivers will become after that law goes into effect.
