Dash Mini Griddle McMuffin

Easy to fix, delicious - a real kid pleaser (adults too). These McMuffin clones are made in the Dash Mini Griddle ( AMAZON LINK: www.amazon.com/dp/B01MSVSU1O/r... ).
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
1 Fully cooked frozen sausage patty
1 Large Egg
1 Slice Cheddar cheese (optional)
1 Teaspoon maple syrup
Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the Dash. Once preheated, place the sausage patty into the device and cook about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Split a 1 Qt. freezer bag on both sides and open wide. Spray each side (interior) with cooking spray and place one of the cinnamon rolls between the sides. Using a rolling pin, flatten the roll to about 1/4 inch. Move the roll to the sprayed, preheated Dash and cook approximately 3 - 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and repeat for the second roll. Next, spray both sides of the Dash and crack an egg into the bottom and break the yolk. Allow to cook for 3 - minutes until desired doneness.
Place the reserved sausage patty on one of the browned rolls and place the egg on top of the sausage. Add a slice of cheese if desired. Also, brush the egg the inside of the top roll with maple syrup (optional) for authentic flavor. Place the second roll on top of the sandwich.
