I am from the States, and other than being on the other side of the road, it could be video of our drivers. Evidently none of us are training drivers very well. But the real enjoyment of the video for me was the scenery. The buildings and the land and plant life around the traffic ways I enjoyed. Drive around Small Heath in Birmingham you will see all that at least 6 times a day, driving through red lights, cutting lanes when coming out of a side road, no signalling, driving on the right hand side of the road to overtake, parking on corners causing blindspots.

The best thing to do when a twat pulls out in front of you, is to continue at the same speed. Try to get as close as you can to the offending driver, curse his stupidity, then brake sharply and sound your horn. (The alternative is to play 'spot the twat', and slow down before a situation develops that you might not be able to avoid.)
