Not a motorbike gang !!!! A motorcross bike ( illegal) 2 ebikes and a small capacity bike . All probably stolen .

That can run riot & damage anybody's car & ride off into the sunset & then we have to foot the bill ! No wonder insurance is going through the roof !!

No chance. They won't do anything unless you have concrete evidence like dash cam footage that clearly shows in every detail the offending vehicle . Investigation is a thing of the past. The public have to do half the work.
