@@dwitcraft Don't know what the speed limit it in that area, but i'd guess its around 35-40 and biker is most likely going 45 then revs up to 60 to pass in the same lane. with a clear empty left lane and 5 - 7 seconds of driving before reaching the tail end of the car (4 seconds if the biker didn't slow down) biker had so much time to slow down so it is not like the car was about to cause an accident. Lets also not forget the fact the biker chased with signs of road rage instead of someone chasing down someone who almost caused an accident/hit&run. So breaking it down, Biker ran a red light, attempted to damage property, speed, chased with agression, and made an illegal pass (and could count distracted driving even though he is using a hand-free method for the phone call). Car ran a red light and sped. It is unsure if he pulled out unsafely because we don't know what the speed limit is and how fast both vehicles are going but its safe to assume that the speed when the biker passed the car and both of them running the red is over the limit based on their location near a neighborhood.

While I think she is the one that broke the law, he looked to be primarily at fault for the accident. You can even see her car right there on the dash cam long before he pulls out. For him not to have even seen them in his peripheral vision means he had to get through 2/3rds of his turn with his head still angled drastically to the right... that's insane.
@EpsilonGotBored3 жыл бұрын
@@101perspective No it isn't in slightest. Unless you drive that exact same vehicle through that exact same median, you will have no clue what the blind zones for that vehicle in that particular area is. Regardless of that, with his vehicle being in a ONE LANE MEDIAN, there was zero chance for the other car to safely see over him and to be able to determine when it was safe to pull out. The other vehicle is 100% at fault solely due to the fact that they illegally entered a median, which should only require observation from one direction, and didn't even leave enough room for the person in their large vehicle to exit safely.
