I feel like your phone is to low when you are driving and you look down to see the phone. Get you a phone holder that hangs from your rear view mirror on the windshield so it's at eye level with the road. Make sure the app is updated also.

Wow. That's a lot of frustration when you can't find an address. I often spend way too much time looking for an address, even if it's hard to find. Those instructions of looking for a red car. What if the car has left? This morning, I was told to turn into a street, that was parallel to the street I was on! I might've been confused because I was driving after 1 1/2 hours of sleep. I was just going to get cat food, then I decided to do a little dashing. Why not? Dash now was available. The customer called me and when I described where I was at she said she knew where I was and it was wrong. I described large glass garage windows but she said they weren't glass. They sure looked like glass with a gray liner on the inside. Then she said I was in the wrong place. Turns out I was in the right place. Not sure what she was thinking...I turned the corner in this townhouse complex and then saw her in my rearview mirror. She saw me first, but I finally found her. Did you actually just leave the food at some random address? Won't that lower your rating? I once received a McDonald's order at my house around midnight. I have never ordered food delivery ever, except maybe pizza 100 years ago. Anyway, I went to open my front door and there was something in the way. Lo and behold it was a big bag of McDonald's food blocking my door. I realized that it was mine to keep. Too bad for the intended customer!

i like your story about where you use to live and going down memory lane, since i am getting older, i often look back on the younger days fondly, and realize how lucky i was to be healthy, young,single, and living in a 1 bedroom apartment was so easy to clean.

Go to your app settings and check your navigation system settings turn it say it off on and that will work if you’re still having that problem with your phone

There’s a little icon on the screen that’ll toggle the sound of the lady giving the directions off and on. I had the same problem once 😂

I don't know if uber or . - is the same way but on lift. I set my phone up where when I have the app on . My phone will read it to me as i'm on the road. I can either decline it or accept it with voice . . Just an f y I

I weed out the apartments and hospitals schools Apartments I go to some of them but not many if it's first floor daytime all right that's okay the actual hospital is always bad you have to call somebody up and then they have to come usually take some forever to get there I don't even mess with that schools I only deliver to one of them that's pretty close to where my spot is it's a Elementary School high schools don't even mess with that students ordering and stuff the college kids in the dorms I weed out everything I can yes I could probably make more but the headache is not worth it

It's happened to me before it went did that even today it wasn't having any kind of sound or anything like that I went into sound and notifications and everything was turned down why I don't know so I turned everything up and it started working again

Yes, I don't like the hat thing for it and I have too much boobage for the chest thing. Holding it in my hand makes it easier to hide it and just stick it in my pocket.

I was using the in-app navigation and all of a sudden she started speaking with a British accent in English. I had never heard it do that. I did not ask it to or change any settings to make it do that. So strange. Also, for reference, I live in the United States. I have had the navigation do the same to me where it will say turn left or turn right but doesn't give me a specific street name. Pretty annoying.

Your videos are great, but it's like every little thing sets you off...gets kinda weird watching it, I won't lie. I understand you may want to be real for the camera, but complaining about tips, berating people for low tips, complaining about apartment buildings when delivering in a city with a lot of apartment buildings...what in the hell? It's every single video at this point...If you take an order because of the payment shown on screen, who cares what the person tipped? The base pay incentivized you. As a dasher for 9 months, I also get frustrated with low orders, but acceptance rate means literally nothing on any of these apps, and Doordash's "diamond program" is a sham anyway...You're gonna want to multi-app more efficiently, or be prepared to constantly hate this line of work and always be in a bad mood.
