I went to a running store where they measure your feet and they ask you what type of sole you like for comfort. I got a pair of Brooks and they are AMAZING!!!

Wearing the night splint keeps your feet from dropping forward (while you sleep) which exacerbates pronation and the plantar fasciitis issue. It takes probably several weeks before you start to get some relief from wearing it. You’ve got this Meaty. You’re gonna put those aching feet in your past.

One thing you can do for your foot, freeze a water bottle and roll your heel on it while you are sitting down. The cold will help with inflammation. Then when you can, sit with it elevated and maybe an ice pack on it too. The ice and anti inflammatory meds is what healed mine.

Everyone is different. Ice made mine more painful. A heating pad helped me. So if one doesn't work, try the other. Have your chiropractor scrape your arch.

Love the dance move😂. That is the rewards program and it sucks. I oped out of the drive safe crap. It is not accurate because if you have to break because of other cars it counts as a hard break. Don't know what Doordashs intentions are with the drive safe, for all we know is they collect information to send to insurance companies. The bata thing is for appoved testers for the app. I am so fed up with Doordash. I am going back to caregiver work. Hope your son is doing well after his dental appointment.

I to have plantar fasciitis. I bought a pair of hocus a size and a half bigger than normal because I can put my orthotics in there. I found the orthotics that are custom-made really work over-the-counter orthotics that will help as well. Stick them in the shoe and take the original insult out of the shoe and put the orthotic in there it does wonders.

Hey, about your depression- you could just be burnt out. I’m not sure if you have health insurance or not but if you do you should consider medication. I was miserable every single second of the day particularly towards the end of last year; I was already taking a medication but I met with a psychiatrist and starting taking another one and I was SHOCKED because I instantly felt a difference. Just a suggestion. But also life can genuinely be tough- I’m sure ur going through a lot; I had just started college at that time. I’ve only just started watching you so I’m not exactly sure what your financial situation looks like, but I know the titles of your videos are you “dashing out of debt” (I just realized that after I wrote my comment… I’m such an idiot but I promise I hav good intentions 😭). Keep goin at it. Everyone needs a break once in a while. Give urself some credit for still being able to be productive and go to work 😁
