@laurenr5095 I know when I've used doordash in the past, you could pay extra to have the Dasher bring the order straight to you. Now knowing doordash, they would sneak in a stack just to pay less.. who knows

A lot of times it took a long time because they didn’t tip and no driver would pick it up. So it sits until dd or ue puts in money so it’ll get picked up

This reminds me of my first day accepting every order without looking at what was coming through with my phone in my hand with you missing some of those orders. That husky was awesome. This is day 10 of DoorDash for me, just hit platinum. Love these. You got this! I believe DD reads the texts if need be to discern reviews, if I tell customers why I’m late, they usually tip more too, but I try not to text if need be.

A windbreaker may be hot 🥵, but it would probably work for the rain ☔️-get one w a 1/4 zip and the front pouch, and you can slip your phone 📱 & keys 🔑 in the pocket (and not worry about them falling out)-I use them in the fall & winter ❄️-Iwear this or a hoodie when cold 🥶 enough, just for the pocket. Also, the windbreaker helps protect your clothes (I am very messy though!)-like five guys and their greasy bags or overfilled 🥤 drinks. A plastic drink caddy works well also. A dasher gave me one (they are only a few bucks)-they are sturdy for drinks. ♥️the videos-and look forward to your commentary & singing 🎵!

When you decline an order on DD, pause it a minute so you won't get the repeat order 🤷. I bought a poncho, but it is like a raincoat, It's so nice. Im also in Fla. But when that rain comes, i go home 😂.

Got up this morning and saw you had a new video! I enjoyed watching alongside my morning coffee! That was a hellacious storm, but at least you made some money. Those Florida thunderstorms are no joke! It reminded me of delivering an order from Applebee’s the Sunday night before. It had been storming, but it didn’t cool things down. In fact, when I opened my car door to drop off, my glasses fogged up. It was like stepping into a steam bath, lol!

On Saturday I was parked acroos the street from an Outback. Another car was parked near me and I thoguht might be a delivery driver. I got an Uber radar for Outback (around $15) and immediately tried to accept, but it said another dirver matched. I looked up to see the other car drive to the Outback. I was so mad! I waited another 10 minutes before I got another prder and it was only for about $6.

I've watched a number of similar channels but settled on yours bse you do what you gotta do; sure you get mad, and sometimes joke around but you do what you gotta do . I've watched channels (mostly men) who spend the entire time complaining about the rates, the company, the other drivers, the customers....omg, just quit and take a part time job at McDonald's or something, it's almost like the world owes them something and they're resentful. The gps glitches when I use to do door dash or the other apps, so use another gps app like waze to use separately

It will send you around town, but if you know the street I just go my way. I stop doing it because the wear and tear on the car for pennies. To me it wasn't worth it. Plus, the shop and pay it will say 1 item then there are a lot more for the price. No way it was getting ridicules.
