"Yang Qi" (阳气) is a concept from traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy. In simple terms, it refers to the active, warm, and energetic force in the body and the universe. It’s like the energy that keeps you warm, active, and healthy. When your "Yang Qi" is strong, you feel energetic and vibrant. When it’s weak, you might feel cold, tired, or sluggish. It’s often balanced with "Yin," which is the cooler, calmer, and more passive force. Together, Yin and Yang represent harmony and balance.
