I feel like coaches are good for fundamentals and showing the players the in game problem. then the players should decide what works for them in how they are going to fix the problem. Coaches shouldnt force players to play a specific way

I love Bruce and all the optic boys but I still feel like there’s a level of maturity and accountability to be reached when it comes to this topic and if he can ever get there he will literally be unstoppable. Coaches are supposed to feel like they are annoying by telling you what you don’t want to hear. If a coach isn’t making you uncomfortable: that’s a cheerleader not a coach. Also, the idea that someone doesn’t/ hasn’t played so they don’t understand is faded af and needs to be eliminated

coaches do not get to annoy people .. they help people figure things out themselves this would be the best. Perhaps its just allowing the space for the team to discuss while someone watches so they at least have the time to think about their strategies or try to at least help but a leash feels like it could be negative for them ... at the end of the day I feel like they either keep learning or they get dropped so they try to get better regardless perhaps they deserve to have free reins because they are self aware yeah I agree it could let them lose confidence with themselves if they are criticised by annoying coaches ... Having someone there to help the players develop the self respect to make the mistakes plus confidence to make these mistakes its a part of learning plus i believe is even more important than getting advice or anything just play you'll get better with time for sure without guidance ... Otherwise how did they get to the top anyways ?? without a coach most cases ... where are the coaches that are champions?? there arent because they know its how it works you play you get better you learn off eachother etc sure some cases yeah could help to have input if they request it yes I agrree but if not better to leave it to make the mistake or get dropped surely!!!
