Glad you enjoyed it. Their drummer has always been awesome, especially with intricate fills. Just from a reaction perspective as well, their most recent album Take Me Back To Eden went down well and got quite a bit of attention in the metal reaction community too. I'd recommend you check out "The Summoning" and the title track 🙂

I'm really surprised you didn't check more out from Sleep Token by now or did you? After I watched this I went back to your reaction to the actual song and now I'm back here! Sleep Token are really something special and unique, it's absolutely insane. You can't really put then in any genre and that's what I love most about their sound and style. You never know what you get. Would absolutely love to see more Sleep Token on your channel. I'm sure you would enjoy! Keep 'em coming! :)

Vessel II is an amazing drummer and certainly one of the best I have ever heard, he has got two more drum offerings that you should check out which are Hypnosis and Like That. He is so technically gifted and likes to put extravagant fills in which add to the song and don’t interrupt the flow in any way. Along with Vessel he is the heartbeat of Sleep Token and together they are the creative geniuses behind the songs when recording with Vessel playing the guitars, keyboards and of course singing with II on drums. When playing live they are joined by III(or bassy) on bass and IV who plays the guitar and does some of the screams. Sleep Token are from London and have been around since 2016, they have three albums, Sundowning, This Place Will Become Your Tomb and Take Me Back To Eden which was released this year and is my album of the year. They are my favourite band and have exploded this year going from having around 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify to 2.4 million so are finally now getting the attention they deserve. I am English as well so I totally agree with being proud of them and I hope you continue down the Sleep Token rabbit hole, I would suggest starting with The Summoning which is the song which saw them blow up and went viral on Tik Tok. Basically check out any song that people mention on here.

Vessel writes and plays everything but the drums which are done by II. III and IV join them live as well as background singers. IV screams on some live songs, Vessel screams on others. They worship the god Sleep and their songs and performances are offerings. They are anonymous and have given few interviews or public statements. I am not sure if or how often they change their masks like other masked bands do (Ghost, Slipknot)
