پروفیسر صاحب میں نے مخنس کے حوالے سے جو سوال کیا تھا اس کے جواب میں میں نے یہ کہا کہ شاید یہ لوگ معذوری یا سپیشل پرسنز کے زمرے میں آ ئیں گے اور معاشرے میں ان کے رول کا تعین ریاست کی زمہ داری ہے اور بحیثیت ایک انسان ہونے کے ان کے بھی وہی تمام حقوق ہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ایک انسان کو دئیے ہیں کیا میں نے درست جواب دیا
