George, you should be enjoying the view and the exercise. In fact, you should be in the ocean swimming ;) Leave the video recording for the office :D Very interesting video. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I have seen first-hand how consultants via big firms, or so-called expert contractors, bring in their own bias in order to sell a product or services. This is especially hard to deal with since they come in as the "experts", which is why you hired them in the first place. As long as people are involved, there will be bias. What can people do to identify, and filter out, or "un-bias" these biases as much as possible?

Haha, you're right. I did actually go surfing that morning, but then I felt that I needed to create some content as well :))). Facing the waves reminded me of data challenges so I had to put some of it in a video format. You're right about the bias. It is especially frustrating when the expertise is based on situations and environments not applicable to your own. That's why more trust and support needs to be given to your own employees and have them bring in the expertise and have the "experts" just bring in the questions, maybe the structure, and of course, a different perspective can also be helpful. Thanks for watching!
