If you normalize data of different peaks . then how could you compare peaks intensity (i.e., crystallinity)? like with the calcination temptation increasing, the crystallinity of peaks also increase, which can be apparently seen by the peaks intensity...

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the same thing is possible in Excel? I stack up XRD plots in excel by giving offsets but the problem is, the intensity of the peaks is effected by doing this way

Normalization can be done in Excel. Its no bid deal. I think you won't be able to stack the graphs.

The data which you get from the diffractometer will probably be in .xrdml or .xy form. You can ask the operator to provide the .txt file as well. From the .txt file, copy the two columns of "2-theeta" and "Intensity" and paste that into Origin. That's it. Plot it.
