You have to make it manually, ask like privacy policy URL

if they show that there is 'no action' needed since the app doesn't create an account, is it necessary to make the update?

No but if you collect any kind of data for example email feedback then you should provide a deletion process, in that case you can choose 90 days auto deletion. or while you app doen't using any 3rd party SDks then you may choose 'No' directly. After all you know better which SDKs you used or how you app collects user data. 💌
