You can go for Data Engineer. If you add Maths and Stat(Application) to your profile. Then you can become data scientist. If you study MBA, then can go for Business Analytics.

Truth is you can get Ai related jobs from freelance portals(like upwork) easily rather than corporate jobs. Getting a job is not easy. But I know people who earn 1 lakhs per month as data analysts in those websites
