nice intro to docker but I did not get one thing why would you use docker -a flag for STDIN STDOUT and STDERR?

The attach flag (-a) on docker start command allows you to display the echo statements/outputs from your container on the go while its running irrespective of the case whether it is STDIN/STDOUT/STDERR. Otherwise you can use "docker logs " to visually inspect the output generated (if any) while you start your container on a detached mode, such that you can keep track on what's happening inside your container.
