@@sauravdhyani Hey Saura, your company update from version 14 to 22? I have consultant for an company and He is in the implementation around 3years. Now, He says that update is not possible, 😭. Do you know why is the reason that He says is not possible? Or I should be to get another vendor for my implementation?

Hi @@emancia35 , our company means archerpoint? The update should be possible in any case. With as little information here i cannot update you what are his/her concern but there is no situation where you cannot be upgraded. you should be able to upgrade to latest version anytime. Hi, Thank you for your videos. I was watching your other upgrade video from v19 to v20. So I decided to do an upgrade for my 19.1 to 20.0 based on the compatibility matrix. Everything seems to be fine until I got to the Sync-NAVApp for the system, base and application. The system application was fine but I couldn't sync the base and Microsoft application. It returned an error that the following fields could not be found and I cannot remove these fields. Went on to list a whole lots of fields. Please, how do I get past this stage?
