Sir ek query hai. Jab source se list copy karke dusre sheet pe paste karte hai to remove duplicate, taki uski drop down list bana sake, tab sir main sheet se validation box jab open karke source me wo list add karne k liye dusre sheet se jaha list bana rakhi hai, excel 2007 allow nahi karta. Do I need to do any setting for this problem?

Sir main n ek cell m vlookup 4mula lagaya condition k sath. Ab me chahta hu jaha m vlookup lagaya waha ki condition fullfill ho to formula still rah jaye. Or condition exactly match nhi hoto me ek validation k through us cell ko specific message dena chahta hu.... Matlab sir formula and datavaildation ek sath kaam kare... Kya aisa ho sakta hai. Hi I have trouble in my excel. I have merged 2 rows and 10 columns and then I have given data validation with drop down list. Till this function ok. But after that I have given conditional formating with specific text with specific colour for that merged cell. Then if I choose from drop down list then my cell getting half with different colour and half with another color. And half is not exactly half of cell. It's random Please guide regarding
