Wonder if you could help with something. Is there a way to record a macro that pulls variable data (different text each day) from a certain cell and then go inside a table with filters and choose the pulled data from the checkboxes inside the table and return the pertinent info? Thanks.

Hi Chester. I followed your video and all is ok except I couldn't activate the VB pop-up alert. When I open my Excel workbook I get error msg "Runtime error (130. Type mismatch" I clicked debug button and I see in my VB workbook a n arrow with yellow text pointing to : If Date >= DueDate Then . Note that I have deleted any reference to Bring Forward Reminder (days) column H2 as I am not using it. I deleted all gaps between Date >=DueDate and the yellow fill disappears and saved it. But when I reopen my workbook the same format If Date >= DueDate Then appear. Can you help me resolve this issue. Let me know if you have an email contact for me to send my Excel workbook for you to review. Thanks in advance for your help.

Much easier to just use =INDIRECT("Table[column]") as the data validation formula, then no need to doulbe ranges on top of tables...
