hi there if i have lets say 20 back up files do i need to keep all files or just use the last saved file to restore(thanks)

At some point in my life, I pointed my Virtual DJ to an online drive so that everything automatically synchronized there. I have a new laptop and I'm trying to get it to point to that online drive (it's saved as a local folder, though), but I can't seem to remember how.

I’ve done this but it’s not synced up my favourites folders! Gone from windows to a macbook (ventura os) can you shed any light why? The favourite folders are there on my mac but are all empty.

what number should I put into the auto backup option please? why did you put 7? does that mean 7 days a week like every day or every 7 days like today sunday and then only backs up again next sunday? got confused on what to put there. there should be an option like the others - "do you want to backup automatically your database every time you close virtual dj? YES or NO" that would be much simpler. thanks

There is no Backup Option as shown on my VDJ... Only clean Database

What if the database backup file is saved on the hard drive that crashes?

@@naja-cobra4144 It's a hypothetical question. But I'm just curious. If you're backing up your database onto a hard drive, and that hard drive crashes, then what?

i thought he said you could copy it to a removable drive for safe keeping

Yeah if that happens u won't be able to pull up that back up. That's why u have to back up the dbase on several removable drives, i.e. external hard drives and flash drives. Create several backups, just to be safe
