Hey! Our church has a HS-1600T model. We are struggling to understand how to make a propresenter lower 3rd stay on the screen. The system is treating the black backdrop of the letters as a background and canceling it out. is there a way around this? Or do we simply have to use powerpoint? Thanks!

Hi. The trick is to set your backgroung rgb black level to 0-0-0 (we call this a "zero black" in the broadcast world) and keep your graphics blacks level to 16-16-16.You can now adjust your switcher's luma key to cut out only the "zero black" and keep your 16-16-16 blacks on screen.
