The overtime thing is awesome. I worked at a daycare where if you had ONE MINUTE over 40 hrs or on track for even 1 min over, they’d ask you to clock out early. For 60 mf seconds.

I use to work at a staffing agency and you actually get paid less because we get a cut and they taught us to low ball because the more money left on the table the more we make. Youre better off going through the company and negotiating as high up as you can.
