Dating a man with no ambition - should she stay or go?

I think they are very young to have this kind of set-in-stone attitude, I think they are on different paths but her fear of not making it out of her circumstances is absolutely overshadowing every other decision in her life, whether this is good for this relationship or any other I am nor certain.
