Hi Lisa! So mirliton is a vegetable I had never heard about until I moved down here. I haven't seen a fresh one or tasted it by itself, but I've read that it's like a honeydew melon, if it were a vegetable. But the dressing that my father-in-law makes with it is wonderful! wow. long distance internet relationship. at least for a while. I always came up dry. I joined that famous Christian dating site. nothing. I had better luck going to dance clubs in chicago. because I love to dance and DJ. I did 1 gig and there were too many people and the police were called. fire hazard due to the large crowd. I wanna do Pappy and Harriet's which is a big country western dance club in pioneer town CA. near Palm Springs.
