I agree with the signs but not with Blaine's characterization that women are always giving them and you just need to keep your eyes peeled. Women (and everyone else) always have their faces looking down at their phone screens rather than up looking for attractive people. I think men are less aware of the signs and women give signs much less than ordinary. The reality is they may want you to approach but are terrible at giving signs or do not feel it is necessary. Men a terrible at picking up the signs (when they rarely are given them) and thus assume the woman looking down at her phone does not want to be approached.

I think that this is much harder with Slavic women as they always seem to be friendly, as I've been involved with Slovak girls in the past..... Recently I've been in contact with a buisness Polish single woman, which we seem to get along ok, with some similiar interests:-) However, it would seem to be the same again:-(
