A great concept and a very interesting watch. Especially as love everything 5-axis! This machine only capable doing soft materials or it can machine steel as well ?

Is that an alcohol coolant system? If so is there an explosion risk from the vapor when using those systems?

It is ethanol injection, but aluminium and plastics cant create sparks, and you should have ventilation from housing of the machine to somewhere outside, or you can get drunk.

Real engineer here. He knew how to explain what scenerios on a cnc machine does. Thank you so much. Could you one free day please do the setup 5th on cnc machine from A to Z. Xyz offset and work cordinate, load program and ect......I just would like to know how to set up from 1 to end....please. Because I don't have chance to work on 4th axis 5th axis. Thank you

they use some sort of completely evaporative mist + air blast cooling, hence those machines always look very clean in the videos
