When using alcohol as a coolant it is necessary to either have a high rate of ventilation / air exchange or to wear a hood with an air feed system. Inhaling alcohol vapors can irritate the nose and throat, cause headache, dizziness, confusion, and loss of coordination. Long term exposure can cause liver and kidney damage, and may even lead to death. Warn your customers about the hazards of using alcohol as a coolant.

BY my calculations, unless I'm wrong, the 20mm single flute is running a Vc of in excess of 2000m/m. How is this possible when aluminium is normally rated upto 500m/m??

we can make all of those carbide end mills on our ANCA FX5 linear.

Guten Tag, What material are the tools made of? Carbide? And do you use shrinkfit holders for your tools?

Yes the tools are all made of carbide. I think there are multiple tool holding systems, but in the video they are using Schunk Tribos Polygonal Toolholder.

I think this is isopropanol 99%.

i must omit, the milling tools are the best. just a bit expensive. the machine itself is nothing (average) without these tools and the alcohol.
