Broly and Beast definitely makes the most sense. I was lucky enough to get Broly in 2 rotations and Gogeta in one multi. I didn’t pull anything in part 2 but I’ve been saving up coins so I can buy him when he comes back this celebration. I also did 2 summons on UI Goku and got a copy of him in both. 2 copies in 100 stones and I’m dipping

The thing is I can’t risk not getting beast since dokkan has no pity. I’ve been screwed over in anniversary with 1000+ stones for a single unit. And if part 2 has the same discount as part 1 by the time part 2 drops those discount/steps will be gone for part 1. Also since global is getting the sync broly will come back earlier for global than usual on a top tier banner

And all 4 are anniversary units, just because we as players are ranking those units, doesn't mean the devs are treating one or two of them as more important than the others.

Yeah--for my box, I agree with Truth's play here. I HAVE to go for Broly, WANT to go for Beast, and will use tickets on Gogeta. Just looking down the next new synced patches up for GLB, not having Broly AND Beast is just too much of a drawback in terms of completing missions and hard content.

With the sync happening in WWDC, it's very likely the carnivals will return on the carnival banners during then. Broly and Beast should be gotten first, then if you have the copies you want of them, go for the carnivals or just save for WWDC.

The main units are godly, but the problem stems with the banners, where there not that overwhelming they can have very good units, so you definitely get more value from any dokkanfest banner than just a goldcoin banner ALSO GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOUR SUMMONS!!!!

what I don't get is that we are always told to summon on the dokkanfest banner, but because of that I have all the units on thr dokkanfest and 0 from the carnival. At a certain point isnt it jut better value to summon on the carnival?

Just as a reminder, there are tickets for the banners on global; we just don't know if the tickets can be gained from the banners with your summons but they will be buyable. Even with this as a fact, if the ticket banners don't have any GFSSR mechanic, it's not worth buying.

i've got 1000 red coins that are useless by the time the unit comes back around because typically they are phased out and 500 stones for a 55% unit isn't usually worth much.. i'll probably just wait until broly comes back and get him with coins. I find myself hardly every using extreme teams since super class is 10x better almost always.

The issue for me personally is once you become a multi year player a lot of these banners start to feel very meh in terms of value. For new years they're amazing but playing since pre str gogeta a lot of these banners feel like new unit or bust to me. 😓😓😓

tbh just summon for Beast to make sure you have a copy and then save for the 10th anniversary, the anniversary units aren't that valuable right now considering they'll return in 6 months on what will be much better banners (ex. Fusion Zamasu was high value on JP's version of Broly's banner, on Global he's basically a year old already).

People wanna summon for Gogeta way more because super type units get more love and constantly get updates so even if you don't pull every single one of them, you will still have a decent team. Where with Broly, if you don't pull units like Cell Max or don't have the super bosses units that you need, your team won't be that good.

If I ranked priority on 4 LRs itd be Beast, Broly, Gogeta then Gammas, Beast is well, Beast, And Broly is worth having for Leader Skill Alone but on top of it not only is ge not bad but a near essential for Super Bosses too, Gogeta worth picking up has Rainbow Orb Changing with Beneficial Mechanics then Gammas are course good and worth getting but out of 4 lowest priority to me Imo, This is completely unbiased off Featured Units on each banner though which course can influence priority potentially…

Whatever unit you want. Banners suck for a lot of players so just go for your favorite units. Realistically speaking the most essential would be Broly and Beast for their own teams but you can work without them. Value your preference because these units are all dominant and amazing.
