I think he needed better defense in base or an easier transformation condition (without relying on the domain to achieve it) and he would've been fine. Turn 4 from start of battle for the transformation and just make his domain available immediately after transforming, so the player can determine if or when they wanna activate it. Hopefully, the upcoming domain update helps him out a bit

Grinding ezas past lvl 30 on regular units and past lvl 10 on lr ezas. Friend summoning, you can pull alot of Hercule statues then sell it for zeni.

Link levelling. Story mode stages be givin out zeni like crazy. Just create a link levelling macros and leave it overnight. At lower ranks it doesnt consume dragon stones that much due to rank ups + u can use meat items.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a video that disincentivizes me to summon on a banner this badly.
