How well did the grip washers end up working? I'm hoping that solution is strong enough as I'll be adapting it to my car in the next week or two.

Mike, rather than elongating the holes why not use a camber bolt for adjustability? that way you just need to rotate the bolt to push the arm out or in

@@itsmikelake Alot of commodores etc benefit from having 2 each side on the lower control arms, this gives you a stack of adjustment to pull each arm where they need to be :) my concern as you stated in the video and especially under torque, would be the arm crawling back which would be bad

I think the setup with the washers is a bit too weak. I recommend make some brackets and weld them to the subframe,or you can take a measurements and cut them on a laser cutter make them thick like 8mil on both sides. You don’t need custom subframe. Otherwise you do a good job 👍

Extremely 😅. There are about 60 spot welds to remove. Just a time consuming process

Been thinking about doing a swap. On my 1995 Nissan pickup using l28 but Seems like stockwise they don't do a lot of power I wanna see if with all the upgrades you done There's some big improvements. I making 400hp on stock internals ka24e single cam 21 psi e85

How much boost are you running? Did you do any modification to the engine other than the ecu? I would be worried about the rings. Suspension looks sick, this is my favorite 280zx build on the internet

Stock motor. It’s a healthy motor and can easily take 16psi with a good tune. It’s allll about the tune! Thanks for the love 😁
