If I’m being totally honest. We have only heard from the kids that are against their mother. Their sister will I’m assuming say otherwise. And tbh I feel like this case is a game of clue. And I’m very very unsure if the mother or the son did it. The son had more to gain. In my opinion. And reason I say that is because the mom and dad where already both living their own lives just civil living in the same house it seemed. But like I said I don’t believe Scott and then the state not stipulating to the polygraph coming in tells me Scott lied about key information. At this point in the case. I personally have reasonable doubt the mother did it. And I have HUGE doubt this was done inside the house.

The father also invited his paralegal assistant who had been his mistress for several years when the kids were little, and she indicates that there might have been more than one affair… That woman was at the wedding too! This was a couple separated, living in the same house! Melody would have lost it all to a Well-connected powerful lawyer, and be left with very little in a divorce, and no career like all homemakers after 30-40 years. Because Melody probably became pregnant in college she dropped it after the first year and married him, and she worked for many years at her dad‘s hardware store also when Gary was going through law school, and after she is a fantastic homemaker! She’s the one who created a home and decorated it for holidays, who managed his laundry and dry cleaned suits, and meals, managed the house bills & repairs, and then later worked in the farm, she’s a doting grandmother… … so basically the 3 kids are throwing her under the bus! How infuriating. Children and grand children don't have their dad and Big Daddy because your woman parts were swollen. Disgusting woman. Rot in prison.

Not sure what prompted the murder. Did he finally have enough and decided to divorce her? He may have been having affairs also, but she did leave him for three years. Not that hard to imagine him seeking companionship. I am assuming he was worried about taking a huge financial hit if he divorced her. She was not going to divorce him because of other reasons not fully understood. What makes my blood boil is her sitting there still wearing her wedding ring. Disgusting.

If Gary and Melody were truly living separate lives, why was he found in the firepit? The children knew what was going on and probably, like their father, hoped things would get better. I feel once Gary mentioned to Chris his suspicion, Chris was on alert, and thats why he knew in his heart what his mother had done. Attorney Farris, loved all his children. He helped each one as they needed him, because he simply loved and wanted the best for his family. He said Melody would never embarrass him again, he kept his word.

Gary had an affair with his secretary for over 20 years and was also seeing another woman and gawd knows who else! He is not blameless! His foolish ego and male pride prevented him from signing divorce papers and moving out! Why should Melody sacrifice everything and the lovely home that "she" furnished so lavishly with "their" marriage money? What is his is hers too financially! Or supposed to be in marriage so by withholding money he was exerting major emotional and financial control over her! She did her part in that marriage contract by raising his 4 kids whilst he got his law degree! She is not going to sign those papers either especially if his legal clout accused her of seeing other men before he cheated too as a "rebound"! There’s your motive! Melody is guilty!
@Enoughalready202373 ай бұрын
Seems to me that Gary knew about the affair but didn’t want to tell the kids and that’s why he didn’t respond when she sent Dad Melody’s guest list. Something is really missing here. Why did Dad and Mom have separate guest lists? How was that not weird in the first place?
