Evanescence is my favorite band and I didn't think anyone could even hope to adequately cover this song but Chris hit it out of the park and tore the leather off the ball! It’s dangerous for me to listen to Chris Daughtry’s covers, most of the time I ended up liking his covers more than the original versions! 🤓😛
@JorgenKreedz4 жыл бұрын
People very often tend to forget that there's more to an artist than just sounding great. Daughtry took an existing song, put his voice in it, and nothing more. It takes A LOT to make a GOOD song from scratch. It's so easy for people to say "Daughtry's version is better", but the coverer does 5% of the work, and still get ranked above the original artist.
