Just fought malkarion yesterday. Going up and fighting random behemoths are kinda easy but facing malkarion was truly chaotic. It's annoying, maddening and frustrating. Reminds me of fighting velkhana in mhw for the first time.

Velkhana was frustrating? I thought Velkhana was pretty fun, first time I fought Malkarion we killed it really fast so I thought it was cool, then I fought it a second time and discovered the meaning of insanity

@@RavenUwU605 yeah velkhana was frustrating at first, I mean the 3rd time you fight it actually. Not the repelling ones. And yes, I fought malkarion alone and it is insane.

Sword is bugged for me since update if you use cyclone special you cant sprint for the rest of hunt

Yea had that too, but i think the fixed it. Atleast yesterday i didnt had any issues anymore :)

Thats your opinion but it can be a great special with right build i specificly use it to lazy farm wounds and or behemoths in general that dont run as much, but to each their own but just so everyone knows its been fixed. Spin away slayers =)

If you have Skullforge, you can spam the Chain Blades heavy attack while mounted. Your stamina won't decrease and you can potentially stay on the entire fight.

I sometimes get a bug where my lantern tap and hold appear empty but are still usable

That also happens to me, I use a lot of conditioning or any build that depends on the lantern charge is useless 'cause I don't know when it's ready for use, but I hope the developers fix it on the next hotfix or patch

Or sometimes i get stuck in the screen where it shows all the things you've got on the hunt, and it triggers if you are tipping in the chat while transitions between screens

i dont agree with you on the weapons choice .... we run 4 axes and we finish the escalation in 10 minutes and we break every single part of malkareon each hunt

Tbh if I wasn't as good as I am with chainblades I'd run axe all day long because they can break parts in 1 hit with high enough crits(like your 23k crit)

U can actually survive Malkarions Pin. I had a bit less than quarter of my HP when I was full hp with nine lives and Bonus HP. And no I wasn't revived by nine lives since I was revived by it in an earlier part of the escalation

Malkarion armor, you can make the armor and also have it as a cosmetic once you reach 25 talent points in the little orb thing next to the child diddler--- err I mean lantern crafter (Arkan Drew) in Ramsgate.

Nothing benefits a group more than tough+iceborne. Please everyone just use tough and iceborne. Just stay alive, I'll kill the behemoths. Just came back after 8 months, liking the team play in escalations. Really incentivises group play. Great change from bounties and trials, those I just solo most of the time because a lot easier to solo.
