As an amateur Stand-Up comedian, I'd say Dave Attell is one of my favorite comics of all time and probably a big, if not my biggest influence. This dude just delivers laughter after laughter. So good.

I'm from San Francisco but live in Oregon now...but when I turned 21 in 2013, my dad and I went barhopping almost every weekend together, spending quality drunk time with the pops in my last and only year being 21 in San Francisco. he's a mucisian and is well known especially all around the city, and he got hooked up with 2 tickets to Dave Attell at some comedy club downtown .. we got a Lil drunk and smoked a bit before the show, had a good seat in the second level of the club, which had a loinge-like balcony view of the stage. I was SO fuckin excited to see him, he's made me piss myself since I was 8 . ......but when he came out he was HAMMMERED, like borderline beligerant. his act had none of his signature rhythm, his whole act sounded like he was about to fall asleep. but then again I guess it was part of a tour so I can understand. but this video is like a year later, and he looks exactly the same as I saw him in San Francisco, same look, attire and all, and this video his rhythm is still with him, fucking HILLARIOUS. still as sharp pulling great jokes out of nowhere like the insomniac years.
