This bit is hilarious even to Trump supporters. And of course he had to say that bit about Russia, since he's on a stage surrounded by enemies who barely laughed as it is lol. But it is getting kind of... orwellian. And not in the "oh my God this is just like that book with the numbers for a title!" Kind of way. But in the twilight zone "everyone keeps repeating something that isn't true despite the evidence and it's getting creepy" kind of way. Like, we have the evidence and the proof that the Russian collusion was not only a hoax, but a widespread political attack designed to hamper his presidency. We have investigations that showed there was no evidence for it. We have testimonies that the alleged "witnesses" and sources were made up. And we have FBI records showing they knew it was BS from the first week, but powerful influences kept it going. It's just getting so creepy now. Like walking down the street and everyone's telling you the sky is yellow, but refusing to look upwards to see its blue.

Yeah there's no evidence of Russia hoax and my bet it's probably made up by Dem campaign strategists. But it also wouldn't surprise me if Trump was colluding with Russia. That's what's good about comedy - you can speak with your intuition and you don't have to be factual, because it's really just meant to be funny. But once in a while the comedian tells the truth, and when he does we can all feel it.
@alexanderrahl70342 жыл бұрын
@@ohedd it was a result of the Hilary campaign colluding with the outgoing Obama administration. Referred to so uncreatively as "Obamagate" because I guess ever since Watergate naming scandals has become hard lol. We know for a fact there was Russian interference in the 2016 election. But within that fact, is also the knowledge that it was so miniscule it barely is worth mentioning. The tangible effects it had were unnoticeable, even when shown. They swung only a couple thousand votes. Out of literal millions. I would be intellectually dishonest to act like they didn't exist, while pointing out voter fraud incidents in the 2020 and 2022 elections. Both of which were larger in scope than the 2016, but are also hard to say with any degree of certainty, whether they had a tangible effect on the election. However, government gets away with what it does, by the consent of the people (to a degree). The idea that they had no evidence of Russian collusion besides literal "trust me bro, we have sources" that ultimately were exposed to be made up after they won their elections and regained control of the government, but ran with it and continue to run with it for going on 6 years now; while at the same time decreeing with an iron fist "you cannot question the legitimacy of the 2020 and 2022 elections" to the point where they've managed to see that become official policy even in private spaces like facebook and twitter thanks to the DHS, reeks of a hypocrisy I can't stand. All of this too, is blatantly esoteric. The likelihood of someone you meet on the street knowing any of it is extremely low. And you kind of have to be the sort of unhealthily online politico that I'm trying to stop being these days, to be aware of it. Which circles back to the "governments get away with things by (to a small degree) the consent of the people." Statement I made. If their constituents don't know any of this, and they can flood the "zeitgeist" (oooh big words I'm sooo fuckin smart lmao) with the narrative they want, then they don't need to worry because the people are silently "consenting" on false grounds I suppose then, I can see the perspective of those types who claim that even espousing an idea is dangerous because it can lead people to act based on it. But I'm not about to forsake my principles regarding freedom of speech just to stop people from making jokes about Russia because the jokes are often times funny when it's good comedians making them. It's always kind of surreal to see people verbally agree that politicians are dirty, greedy corrupt, pathological Liars who say and do whatever to get ahead. Then immediately defend them when you bring up the ones they like doing exactly that. I have no doubt Trump is corrupt and probably lies at least as much as any union man on lunch break with his buddies. But I like many others found some admiration in things he did like "we are selling weapons to Saudi Arabia. It's great, it's gonna make us a ton of money"..because for the past 2 administration's, I got called a conspiracy theorist for saying that. And then this big orange asshole came right out and said it lmao
@ohedd2 жыл бұрын
@@alexanderrahl7034 Yeah there's a lot to that. As a political strategy it makes sense to repeat these Russiagate things ad nauseum, at least until it's been disproven because by then it's been said so much that the uninitiated median voter has stored it somewhere in the back of his mind. So when this median voter hears someone mention Trump and Russia, it triggers something in their subconscious which they can't really recall much details on - but they know enough to know _Russia bad + Trump = Trump bad_ and that stuff pays off at the ballots.

He lied about caring about the common folk. He acted like he was on their side when he was just using them for fame, money, and power. He went on to sign even more tax breaks for rich people and said it was hurting him, when it wasn’t. He’s also a pathological liar about almost everything else, too. One of his most common is “I never said that” about things he’s on record saying the day before.

He's literally responsible for making the white supremacists feel safe to air their views publicly again. Right wing economics from the Democrats or the Republicans aren't going to help the poor, (Even if you keep voting you it) but Trump is directly responsible for setting back US social progress by almost a century. Ethnic minorities, women, the LGBT demo and any white man with a couple brain cells has reason to hate Trump more than any of the other far-right US politicians.

You would be surprised by the amount of black conservatives that get silenced or get called "uncle toms" or not even black conservatives just non political African Americans that disagree with all this nonsense. A lot of them want to speak up but don't because of the backlash that comes with going against BLM/Democrat ideology, which is ironic in itself.

The only thing I have to say to any Future Leaders of this country the only thing you can do for the poor and middle class, is cheap energy as cheap as you can make it because cheap energy is a 24/7 365 days a year savings. Tax breaks don't mean a goddamn thing you got to put money in their pocket everyday. This was one of the most beneficial things Trump did for this country, and it was wiped out in two months after the new illegitimate president took office.

@@infin8ee They VERY publicly investigated Trump as a Russian spy based on a fake document cooked up by the Clintons. Witness testimony also shows that intelligence agencies knew the document was fake and they still spent years using it to attack Trump, yelling collusion while knowing all along it was all fake just to bring him down.
