I have the same but mine is for 300kg . Also when I put the Axels on I used a long straight edge to align them up as much as possible. I found that there was too much room for error when fitting these Axels.

Hi Phil looks good I'm also thinking of picking one of these up.. how do you find it loading your bike up ? OK to tow ? does it collapse easy enough ? getting into some green lining and bit of enduro Cheers Pete

Hi Pete, I haven't put the bike on it yet. I've taken it for a tow whilst empty and it is fine, don't even notice it is there, can't reverse yet though. Others in my local TRF group have these and all seem happy with them. I store the main part in one piece on its side down the side of my garage, and just have the axle at the back. That way it is just three bolts each time I want to take it out. So it takes less than 5 minutes to be ready to load a bike. If you have less storage space then it's just another three bolts to split the main part into two, so only another couple of minutes max. Can't see it being too difficult getting an enduro bike on and off (WR450F is what I have), but I wouldn't fancy putting my road bike on it (around 225kg wet).

@@n22pdf Towed the bike yesterday, 35 miles each way. Very easy to load the bike. I'd advise putting the tie-downs on first, you then have to hold the bike upright, whilst connecting the first two ratchet straps. I put four straps on. My car is a 3.0 V6 diesel, so didn't even notice it was there, save for seeing the bike in the rearview mirror. Have ordered a front fork support stand, to save fork seals.

Hi guys I'm also looking at getting one of these... firstly I can't see a front wheel chock do they sell them separately?and secondly do u have to use a metal loading ramp or will the bike wheels move between the gaps?

Hi, I believe you can buy a front wheel chock from them separately. I didn't bother as I only use it for an enduro bike, so didn't need it. There is a small loading ramp that they supply, see the silver / grey item at 27 seconds of the video. The enduro bike then pushing all the way on and off without any issue. I am likely to be selling mine now, as I have bought the kids a CRF110F and so I need to buy the two plus one model.

It comes with a small ramp which hooks on. Just put it in the boot to use again at the destination.

No ramp, No floor board, No front tire lock, No safety chain, to much work to assemble and disassemble!!! I'll pass thanks.

I use a bulldog hitch lock when I park and leave the trailer attached. It comes with a ramp. Dave Cooper sold the safety cable as an extra when I bought it. Wasn't expensive, I think less than £10. Once it's assembled, it's really easy to store, just three bolts to remove the rear section and then put it back on to tow. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIK2aat6iKaNmdU
