She's had much to contend with throughout her life, from her underage relationships with grown men, a battle with cancer, the death of her son, and the trauma of seeing the UK's most beloved gangster, Mr Dave Courtney after he took his life.
JennyBean lifts the lid on her own wild ride.

There is particular type of art pottery in Japan, it’s called Kintsugi. It is created when a precious piece of pottery that’s someone owns or loves gets broken, and instead of throwing away the pieces, the artist glues the pieces together using gold. So the bowl, for example, is recreated, and the gold not only strengthens it, but makes it stronger. That’s you Jennifer. Made stronger from broken pieces, with veins of gold.

There's also a particular type of Japanese pocket knife that's deliberately left a bit rough around the edges when it's made so each buyer can tidy them up when they're delivered and add their own personal touch. These particular knives are called a Higonokami. Each one is hand forged by a craftsman. The very simple handle is made from a piece of thin folded steel. Each blade is individually hand forged from 'Blue Paper steel'. It's a unique Japanese steel that high end chefs knives are made from. BPS is made from two different steels. A hard inner core of high carbon steel that's sandwiched between a shell of softer outer steel. The softer outer steel gives the blade flexibility, and the much harder inner carbon steel is the one that forms the cutting edge on the blade. Higonokami knives are beauty and the beast all rolled into one. Beautiful to look at, but it'll take fingers and any other bits clean off with ease if you disrespect it. There's a moral there somewhere 😐

Dave did say some unflattering things in his later books, about Jen. This kinda clears it up, if like she said, he was just prone to saying bad things out of spite at that time, because he was hurt by the break-up.

Jenny is a really good soul. Strong too. Say what you want about Dave Courtney but, everyone that was close to him and knew him, have all spoke well of him. The people furthest from him have the least good things to say about him. That's all we need to know really. He was clearly loved by those around him and that speaks more truth than any online gossip and rumours perpetuated by internet drama merchants.
