I dig this sound-even though it was just a week or 2 ago, because it's a "room" recording it has a kinda classic sound to it. You must've been so stoked to see this trio! I saw Dave with a new Q. in Newport last year with Jaleel on sax...now he (Jaleel) is headed back this year with his own band. I'm super excited to hear it. Thank you for putting this up!

Was fantastic. Dave mentions New Morning as one of his favorite spots. He came last year with Kevin Eubanks and Smitty Smith. Eubanks was planned this year too but eventually Jaleel replaced him. I don't complain, i like them both.
