Becasue the FED doesn't print money it simply adjusts reserves. The ECB and FED have reduced liquidity of $4.4T and that means $44T in credit must be destroyed. maximum $88T. Its called leverage. Where do you think that reduction will come from?

Funding dollars to the world helps expand the currency. Debt is an asset otherwise the system would have collapsed decades ago.

Debt 130% GDP is unsustainable will lead to stock market crash, war, etc. I have divested my investments property and paid off my mortgage on my principal residence. The banks are not making 20k - 30k from me through mortgages and I removed all my cash from banks and financial institutions so they can't use my money to make money. Gold 2023 value was 1950 is in 2024 2500. I depreciated up 25% in one year. Being mortgage free and debt free my bank has lost 30k per year. I am no longer a slave of governments, employers and banks. I don't need to live luxuriously but simply and frugally. If everyone did what I did will cause an economic crash. Governments will also need to pay retirement money which I put into the system.
